Community Services Team Lead (Band 6)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse to join our Community Hospice at Home and Continuing Healthcare Team.


The team works closely with the wider multi-disciplinary and community teams supporting patients to remain at home. Our team of experienced health care assistants supported by our registered nurses ensure patients at home receive high standards of individualised care to enhance their quality of life.

 

We are offering a £2,000 Golden Hello Bonus for this role. We also offer continuation of Pension & Long Service for those joining from the NHS.

 

What does this role involve?

You will be compassionate senior nurse with a good understanding of the needs of patients living with life limiting illness and their loved ones. You will need to hold a UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
