Team building days designed specifically for your business by our Events Team and tailored to meet your requirements.
With our corporate team building packages, local businesses can work with our experienced Events team to design a team building day which meets the specific needs of their organisation!
We can incorporate activities on the day, which tie in with your organisational values, offering a range of event options from creative to competitive. We can promise an action-packed day which will boost morale, strengthen relationships, and offer your team members the chance to explore and develop new skills and experiences.
Once we have covered costs for hiring equipment for the day, every penny left over will go towards the vital end of life care the Hospice provides for local patients, their families and carers.
We have a range of activities available which can be incorporated into your team building day, including:
- Bungee run
- Zorbing football
- Sumo wrestling (wearing inflatable suits)
- Rounders
- Inflatable 'Hungry Hippos'
- Archery tag
- Relay race options with a twist
- Olympic challenges
- Dodgeball
- ... and many more!
In addition to the activities, we can work with you to deliver a schedule on the day which incorporates any business messaging you wish to include. For example, should you wish to have some time at the start and/or during the end roundup of the day, to address the staff present to give a business update, to say "thank you" for their hard work, to celebrate a business success, or present team or individual awards, we can ensure that you have the opportunity to deliver the key messages you want your team in attendance to receive.
Whichever type of day you desire, we will work with you to deliver a seamless event which ticks all of your organisational objectives and combines the team building element which is a major driver of positive employee engagement.
What's included
To ensure that we can raise vital funds for our patients, their families and carers, we charge a fee for us to run team-building events such as this. The fee that we charge will cover the following: Staff costs to set up and manage the event on the day, first aid equipment and a trained staff member, the venue, a photographer on the day, marketing of the event, equipment purchasing and rental fees, van hire and event insurance cover. We can also include lunch options and light snacks for each participator if required.
