Driver & Warehouse Coordinator
We are looking to recruit a Driver & Warehouse Coordinator to work as part of our growing team at our Retail Donations Centre (The Depot) in Letchworth Garden City.
What does the Driver & Warehouse Coordinator role involve?
This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same! Our team of Driver & Warehouse Coordinators ensure our high street charity stores are stocked with new merchandise and collect old stock for recycling. As well as being part of our chargeable house clearance service they also support the smooth running and organisation of stock within our warehouse. They also provide support to our Fundraising team at various events and participate in our annual Christmas Treecycling Scheme.
What skills will I need?
This role and would suit someone who has experience of working in warehouses or delivery driving. You'll be able to work and communicate with people from all backgrounds. You should have a good understanding of health and safety processes and be confident in supporting volunteers with this. A great work ethic, the ability to think on your feet and a sense of humour is also necessary!
This is a full-time position covering 37.5 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis. The successful candidate will require a C1 Driving Licence.
