About you

- You’ll have the opportunity to lead on key HR initiatives with a focus on ER and OD.
- You will be CIPD qualified (or working towards it) with a minimum of 2 years of experience at HR Advisor level.
- You'll have good knowledge of current employment law and best practices in employee relations.
- Your knowledge will enable you to support and empower managers to manage their teams. In this role, no two days are the same and in being a part of a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of different HR disciplines.

This is a full time role covering 37.5 hours per week.
