HR Advisor

Garden House Hospice Care are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Advisor to join our friendly People & Culture team!

We are Garden House Hospice Care, the Hospice for North Hertfordshire.  We are a multi award-winning hospice that puts the patient at the heart of everything we do. What does the HR Advisor role look like?

Working within our People & culture Team under the direction of our ER Manager, this role is crucial in driving the charity's ethos and values, building and maintaining relationships with our employees. The HR Advisor will work closely with all of our clinical and non-clinical teams, leading on key HR initiatives with a focus on ER and OD. Your knowledge will enable you to support and empower managers to manage their teams. In this role, no two days will be the same!

 

What skills does the HR Advisor need?
  • You’ll be talented and passionate about making a difference with the ability to influence and empower.
  • You’ll have the expertise to bring ideas to life.
  • You will be CIPD level 5 qualified (or working towards it) with a minimum of 2 years of experience at HR Advisor level.
  • You'll have good knowledge of current employment law and best practices in employee relations.
  • You will need to visit our various stores across North Hertfordshire so being a driver with your own vehicle would be advantageous.
