Stevenage FC announces hospice as Official Charity Partner

We are beyond excited to announce we are the Official Charity Partner for Stevenage Football Club for the 2023/24 season.

The partnership will see the Hospice and the Club work together to increase the awareness of our work in the local community and help raise vital funds, enabling us to continue providing our free specialist care for patients, families and carers facing life-limiting illnesses across North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and surrounding towns and villages.

The partnership is kicking off with the unveiling of the team's brand new third kit, which features our logo front and centre. Stevenage FC CEO Mike Pink, star striker Jamie Reid and talented midfielder Nick Freeman were among the club's representatives to visit the Hospice last week and reveal the shirts for the first time.

Mike said: "I’m looking forward to us working closely with the team at the Hospice to help drive awareness and donations throughout the season and provide some much-needed support. I want to say a huge thank you to GRILLA for giving up their space on the front of our new third shirt and helping us to provide Garden House Hospice Care with this opportunity."

Our Director of Income Generation, Carla Pilsworth, added: "Working in partnership with Stevenage Football Club gives us an opportunity much wider than fundraising. Whilst the income generated from the partnership will make an incredible difference to the services we can provide at the Hospice, the awareness it will build throughout Stevenage and beyond is unmeasurable.
