Trusts & Grants Manager

Garden House Hospice Care are looking for a talented Trusts & Grants Manager to join our friendly and high-performing relationship fundraising team as we commence with our new ten-year strategy!

 

What do we do?

Our focus is to generate sustainable income to fund the specialist and expert care we give to people with a life-limiting illness in North Hertfordshire and to achieve our ambitious plans for growth. Your role will be to oversee the trusts and grants pipeline, securing income to fund a range of projects as well as core costs and developing and maintaining strong relationships with trusts and grant-giving organisations.

 
What does the Trusts & Grants Manager role look like?

Working within our Income Generation Team under the direction of our Head of Relationship fundraising, you will lead our Trusts & Grants strategy by identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with potential and existing donors. By developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of supporters you’ll ensure sustainable income growth.

 

What skills does the Trusts & Grants Manager need?

You will be an experienced trusts fundraiser, confident and creative with excellent communication skills. You will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with staff, trustees, funders and those working for grant-giving bodies.
