Sponsorship
For this event, we ask each runner to pledge to raise a minimum of £223 in sponsorship. Here are some fundraising targets you could aim for and how each would help:
- £223 could cover the cost of the medication we provide our patients on the Inpatient Unit for one per day
- £288 could keep our Inpatient Unit running at full capacity for one hour, including nursing and doctor costs, and running costs such as hot water
- £774 could fund a day of home visits from our Community team
- £1177 could pay for a full day of activities from our Rehab and Wellbeing team, such as one to one physiotherapy, a group Tai Chi class or an education session on a topic like breathlessness.
Whether you're planning taking on the Half Marathon or 10k, get your running shoes out and make 2025 the year you help Garden House Hospice Care continue to provide free palliative care in North Hertfordshire.
