Nursing Team Leader

We are looking for a Nurse to support and motivate the Nursing team on our 12 bed Inpatient Unit (IPU). Our low patient to Nurse ratio allows us to provide the highest standards of individualised care to enhance the quality of life for our patients and their carers/families.


We offer continuation of Pension and Long Service for those joining from the NHS.

 

What does the Nursing Team Leader role involve?

We are looking for a Nursing Team Leader to support the Inpatient Unit Manager ensuring optimum care standards for patients and their families. You will be a Registered Nurse with NMC Registration, supporting and overseeing nurses, AP’s, NA’s and HCA’s as well as student nurses to deliver direct and indirect care. You will be compassionate with a good understanding of the needs of patients living with life limiting illness and their loved ones.
