Online Sales Supervisor
Following the expansion of our Online Sales Team, we have an exciting new opportunity to join us as Online Sales Supervisor!
We’re looking for an Online Sales Supervisor to join our dedicated ‘online’ team to deliver real commercial success through sales of second-hand and pre-loved goods through various online platforms, including eBay, Depop, Vinted and others.
What will the Online Sales Supervisor be doing?
In this exciting role you will work alongside our team of dedicated staff and volunteers at our Retail Donation Centre - The Depot - in Letchworth. You will manage, develop and motivate the team to ensure retail sales and online targets are met, ensuring the best income is achieved.
What skills do I need?
- Experience of online listing
- A great work ethic with the ability to think on your feet
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills with Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Organisational and problem solving skills
- Working as part of a busy team.
What hours will I be working?
This is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week. Please note that this is an onsite role, based at The Depot, Pixmore Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1JT.
