Sales Administration Assistant
Do you have a passion for online sales platforms such as eBay and Vinted?
Are you highly organized and motivated with an eye for detail?
We’re looking for a Sales Administration Assistant to join our dedicated ‘online’ team to deliver real commercial success through sales of second-hand and pre-loved goods through various online platforms, including eBay, Depop, Vinted and others.
What will I be doing?
In this exciting role you will work alongside our team of dedicated staff and volunteers at our Distribution Centre ‘The Depot’ in Letchworth. Sourcing items from donated goods and proactively promoting and selling these items online, you will help to meet the retail sales and online targets ensuring the best income is achieved. You will also be involved in wrapping and packing won items which need to be sent to our customers.
What skills do I need?
- Experience of online listing
- A great work ethic with the ability to think on your feet
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills with Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Organisational and problem solving skills
- Working as part of a busy team
What hours will I be working?
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work three hours per day on a Monday to Friday basis. Please note that this is an onsite role, based at The Depot in Pixmore Avenue, Letchworth Garden City.
